Tui Na (pronounced “twee nah”) translates as “push grasp” and is a massage technique that moves Qi in various parts of the body. This is similar to acupressure where pressure is applied to various acupuncture points on the body.
It can be used to relieve muscle pain, tension, inflammation, provide relaxation as well as heal injuries.
Debbie uses Tui Na in conjunction to a full Acupuncture treatment.
